Fabulous birds of a feather flock together - true dat'!
The older I get, the more I realize, I don't want drama, but rather fabulous people, a fat free brownie and the perfect lipstick color! Right? For this reason, it's a gewd' idea to surround one's self with people that bring out the best in each other. And when you find those people, friends, that bring out your fabulousity, celebrate em'!
Make someone feel fabulous and the return is YOU feel fabulous!
Who is fabulous anyway? To me, it's someone who makes you feel special whether you're decorated with accessories and red lipstick (as I always am), or you have a simple esthetic. I also think being fabulous has to do with authenticity combined with an invisible spark - a spark of energy that's hard to explain! And when you know you have that spark, it's knowing how to shine it where it needs shining. Sometimes, that means, shining it on ourselves!
When people make you feel good about yourself, you want to hold em' tight but for Lawd's sake, most importantly make yourself feel special! Celebrate yourself even if it's just with a daily chant of, "I'm fab', I know it & in my way, I show it!
