I did also translate into an African American Vanity Cases character, but I don't know that I quite nailed the it, so I will re-do and likely post here!

Best-sellers are something I can NOT predict!  But I think because this card comes from such a place of truth and humor, it speaks to so many!  I had to deal with one or two "be'otches" last year and gotta' tell you, I stayed "clean."  That is to say, I didn't lob anything back at the "meanies" rather I shared with them the life lesson that even when one is going through hard times, it does NOT give one permission to not stay kind.

And in the end, the only drama I want is on Bravo TV with one of its "Real Housewives of this or that city!"  Don't we all get to an age where a a fat free brownie and the perfect lipstick are the key to happiness... oh and fabulous friends!

How much does it cost to create greeting cards -

 Sooooo, I'm still navigating through finding what videos I should create and post on Youtube!

I'm sooo trying to find the direction that makes the most sense for moi!  On the one hand, I want to share "behind the curtain," of what it takes to create, produce and sell greeting cards on Etsy, which is where my cards are now (TheVanityGallery).  On the other hand, I want to share a bit of a V'log or Fab'log of the life of an artiste'!

For years I licensed my cards with a biggy company or two, which meant they printed, produced and sold them.  It was very nice but in creating on my own, as the She.E.O. of The Vanity Studio, I don't have to wait for a buncha' people to approve a card or decide whether they think it's funny.  If I like it, I think it's funny or truthful, I post it and let it go!  Following my own voice has lead to over 10,000 card sales from my VanityGallery on Etsy.  Also, I can post endless new ideas, so right now there's about 200 cards to select from.  With a company, the amount is much more limited.

I'm trying to listen to my inner voice when it comes to Youtube!  And when it's not busy telling me I have lipstick on my teeth, perhaps it will tell me what content to create and post from what I call my "Fab'log!"

The IDNC club -- would you be a member?

So, I recently became aware of something called, the I Do No Care Club; IDNCC.  I realized in seeing it on TikTok that it's intended market is women navigating through peri menopause'ish times.  However, I think it's a genius concept and I see this as a FABULOUS kind of club that should have total inclusion - for all of us who simply do not care about certain things at a certain point!

I could sooooo see this as one of my funny women greeting cards that I would post in my Etsy VanityGallery.  I think I could even see it as a series of cards with different things for which at a certain point we simply don't care about!

At this point, I could care less, how many calories are in a scoop of cookie dough!  That may seem like a small thing, but I truly believe a tsp is like an RX for anything that bugs ya' & I refuse to do a calorie count! (And yes, I keep chilled cookie dough in the fridge!)
