What should you do if life gives you lemons?!

I know the adage is, If life gives you lemons, make lemonade" and as a chronically optimistic person, I get that.  However, if truth be told there are times that it would be far more satisfying to throw the lemons at the person buggin' the crap out of you!  Right?  And no matter how positive our tudes' are, there are times where people bug us and this seems the only solution... even if it's only in our minds!
