| It all starts with a sketch and a random Vanity thought that pops into my head: |

Then with the combination of pencils, pens, light box & often a touch of Photoshop, I create a polished Vanity Icon. Seems easy, but there are times I retrace and recolor the ensemble a zillion times!

Click on Image Then "Ta Dah!" In the final stage I torment myself over the text until I feel the cover and inside copy has a certain "pace" and "I get it" quality. And then about an hour, day or even years later I look at the card and think how I can tweak it to make it better! Ah! The tortured artist! |
